Refund policy

If you’ve got a question about a return or exchange, just ping us an email on hello@olive-press.co.uk & we’ll be happy to help.

If your order turns up damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as you can and we’ll get it sorted right away.

Changed your mind? No problem. You’re entitled to a full refund (minus shipping costs) - just let us know within 14 days of receiving your order by pinging us an email at hello@olive-press.co.uk

Please send items back in their original condition and packaging, and keep hold of your proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged. 

Once your return arrives safely with us, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
